About the Founder
Patrick Dugan
Patrick brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and custom home building to every inspection. Growing up on job sites under his father’s mentorship, Patrick learned the trades from the ground up, from framing and foundation work to finish carpentry and fine detailing. This deep, practical knowledge gives him a unique ability to see beyond the surface and recognize how every component of a home works together.
At 26, Patrick earned his General Contractor’s License and went on to build award-winning homes, with previous projects recognized with multiple NARI Gold Medals, and featured on the AIA Silicon Valley Home tour. He is also Passive House Certified, reflecting his dedication to building healthy, efficient, and enduring structures.
